Then you’ll mix together the wet ingredients, a little bit of oil, brown sugar, honey, Greek yogurt (sour cream works just fine too), a couple eggs, some vanilla, and three large mashed bananas.
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet, then pour the batter into a 9×5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

- 1 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour (spooned & leveled)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup oil (canola, vegetable, or coconut oil work fine)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large ripe bananas , mashed well (about 1 1/4 cups mashed banana)
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
