These Strawberry, Almond, and Honey Goat Cheese Crostini are so easy to make and perfect for summer!

Ingredients
1French baguettesliced into 1/2" thick pieces (about 30 pieces)
2tablespoonsolive oil
8ouncesgoat cheesesoftened
3tablespoonshoney
2cupssliced strawberries
1/4cupToasted Coconut Blue Diamond Almondschopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the sliced pieces of bread on the prepared baking sheet and brush each one lightly with the olive oil. Bake at 350°F for 11-13 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Add the goat cheese and honey to a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat the goat cheese and honey until smooth.
Spread the honey goat cheese on each piece of toasted bread, top each one with a couple sliced strawberries, and the chopped Toasted Coconut Blue Diamond Almonds.
