Ingredients
6Roma tomatoesrinsed with ends cut off and sliced in half
1/4cupchopped white onion
1/4cupchopped cilantro
1/2limejuiced (about 1 tablespoon)
1jalapeno*
1clovegarlicminced (1/2 tsp.)
1/2tsp.cumin
1/2tsp.salt
1/4tsp.sugar
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse until the salsa has reached your desired consistency.
Notes
* To make the salsa less spicy, remove the seeds and membrane from the jalapeno. If you prefer it spicier, you can leave both.Refrigerate salsa in an airtight container for up to one week.
