This guacamole makes the perfect appetizer or dip to bring to a party. With just a few ingredients, this guacamole only takes 10 minutes to make and tastes delicious!

Ingredients
3medium ripe avocados*
1roma tomatoseeded and diced
1limejuiced
1clovegarlicminced
1tsp.onion powder
1/2tsp.ground cumin
1/4tsp.salt
1/2jalapenoseeded and minced (optional)
Instructions
Slice the avocados in half, remove the seeds, and scoop out the avocado into a large bowl. Mash well with a fork.
Add the lime juice, minced garlic, onion powder, ground cumin, and salt making sure to mix well.
Add in the diced tomato and minced jalapeno (if using) and stir to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container (cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface to prevent browning) for 1-2 days.
Notes
* Ripe avocados should be slightly soft to the touch. You can also tell if they're ripe by looking under the small round spot where the stem is, it should be green underneath.
