Mini Apple Pies

These Mini Apple Pies are easy to make and filled with a simple homemade apple pie filling. The perfect mini dessert for fall!

What you need:

pie crusts chopped apples granulated sugar all-purpose flour ground cinnamon vanilla extract ground nutmeg unsalted butter

Roll the pie crusts out onto a lightly floured surface and use a cookie cutter to cut out 12 circles

Press each circle into the cavities of your muffin pans and place the pan and leftover pie crust in the fridge

Combine your chopped apples, sugar, flour, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ground nutmeg in a large mixing bowl

Remove the muffin pan with the pie crusts from the refrigerator and spoon the filling into each pie crust

Use any leftover pie crust to decorate the pies and then bake for about 20 minutes

Let the pies cool before serving, then enjoy!
