You don’t need a reason to bake a batch of cookies! Bake the full batch at once to enjoy throughout the week, or freeze some of the dough to bake off later. If you have a smaller group to feed or simply don’t want a full batch of cookies hanging around, try one of my small batch cookie recipes instead!
